Unit Two Lesson 2:

This unit will focus on the origins of Islam in the Arabian peninsula and the spread of Islamic civilizations.

Today's lesson will focus on the spread of Islam throughout the Middle East in the years just after its founding. We will also take a look at some of the cultural contributions of Islam.
