ECOLOGY

Unit One - Principles of Ecology

In this unit you will be introduced to the biosphere and the ways in which groups of organisms interact and depend on each other for survival. You will also investigate how organisms are affected by the non-living environment.

To complete this unit you need to start each lesson by reading the key questions and reviewing the vocabulary words for that lesson. Once you have done this start the lesson with activity one. Assessment (your grade) will be based on your completion of the activities and your demonstrated ability to find answers to the key questions. It is recommended that you write definitions for each vocabulary word as well as keep notes that pertain to the key questions.
