This unit is designed to give the students an opportunity to learn about Rachel Carson and begin to understand the structure of the Rachel Carson Center for Natural Resources. Review and training on computer and other communication skills will be included in the unit. Students will learn to use a variety of maps and other tools to develop a 'sense of place'. |
