We’ll watch an 11-minute animated film produced in 1964 called ‘The Hangman.’ It was created by a man named Les Goldman based on a 1951 poem by Maurice Ogden. The video can be viewed at: https://archive.org/details/the_hangman_1964
•Discussion of The Hangman and the issue of passively watching events happen vs taking a stand, i.e., being a bystander vs. being an upstander.
•Journal Entry #4 - 5 pts.
What would you hope you would do if you witness someone being labeled in some derogatory way because of their ethnic or religious heritage or being harassed for the same reasons? Write a complete, in depth answer explaining all of the following:
