Coach McClintic is in her fifth year as the head coach of the Sheldon Irish Dance Team, the Colleens. Coach McClintick has been dancing for over 13 years. She was on the dance team at Sisters High School for two years before moving to Springfield where she became a member of the Springfield Varsity Cheer program. After high school she attended the University of Oregon and became a dancer on the cheerleading team for the Ducks. In addition, she worked for a cheer and dance company for three summers while in college and choreographed for a few high school teams in Oregon. Coach McClintick teaches 8th Grade Language Arts at Cal Young Middle School. She also instructs dance for local athletes and helps out with teh OSU and UO cheer teams occasionally. She lives in Springfield, Oregon with her husband Ryan and her daughter Hallie

   Coach Frey is in her fourth year at the University of Oregon. Coach Frey was a member of the Colleens during her attendance at Sheldon High School and has proven to be an outstanding role model and coach of the Colleens.

Dancing since the age of 4, Margie trained in the San Francisco Bay Area and in Los Angeles, and graduated from San Jose State University with a B.A. in Dance. She founded, managed and performed with Visual Rhythm Dance Company in San Jose, California. Performance highlights include touring with Sheila E. (drummer for Prince), Pete Escovedo and Tito Puente, dancing for Smokey Robinson, Tom Hanks, and various events including the MacWorld Expo in San Francisco, the National Hockey League All-Star Games and many corporate functions. Music video highlights include several videos for Cadence Design Systems. She also has danced professionally with several remarkable dance companies including Maureen Haley, Zohar, Dance Fit, and the N.B.A. Golden State Warriors.
