Stations

     Each class is divided into four color teams. Each color team begins stations at the wall that matches the their team's color. (The walls are painted red, blue, yellow, and green to match the team's colors). Each station lasts between 2-3 minutes (or length of a popular gym tune!). When the time is up at a station, students rotate in a clockwise direction to the next wall. This continues until all four stations are completed.
