• Meet with your seminar group twice a week (unless otherwise noted).
• Check the seminar class calendar and your email account daily.
• Complete all web-based assignments according to the seminar calendar
• Seminar assignments must be of high quality and turned in on time.
• Maintain an updated and well-organized Rachel Carson Notebook. You are required to bring this notebook to seminar class each time it meets.
• Read 3 articles each week having to do with natural resources. Then write a summary and response (150 - 500 words). You will be required to keep a weekly log of all articles read. The log and article summaries will be kept in your notebook.
• Participate in an approved community service activity for a total of 3 hours per month. Keep a log in your notebook of activities you participate in. Check the community service calendar for opportunities.
