  1. •Conversation: Silence is Golden to Spy talk voice only if needed, speak only about your workstation topic

  2. •Help: ask your partner for help, then others in your group and finally me

  3. •Activity/Aim:Complete your assigned workstation activity for the day and fill out the form or place work in your folder.

  4. •Movement:  ask you partner if it is a good time for drinks or bathroom, otherwise keep working where you are

  5. •Participation: patient partner worker, focused work completion, independent and quiet

  6. •Stick to the CHAMPS for success!
