  Foam Noodles

  Warmup:

  • Hold noodle with both hands above head:
    • Stretch down and touch the floor
    • Stretch behind your back
    • Stretch side to side
  • Put on floor and jump back and forth over it.
  • Set it next to you and jump over it side to side.
  • Balance on your hand and try walking.

  Stand your noodle on one end, let go:

  • Clap your hands one time and catch,
  • Clap twice and catch.
  • Turn around once and catch.
  • Slide step to the left, right and catch.
  • Lift noodle, bounce on floor and catch.

    Slice and Dice Foam Noodles

    For a variety of activities you will need to cut your noodles in the following fashion:

  • Cut in half - Midaroni
  • Three inch long- Minironi
  • One inch long - Meatball
