Stations for Volleyball

   Wall One: Bump the Wall - Use Volleyball training balls

  —  Toes straight ahead, feet shoulder width apart, stretch your arms out in front of you, keep elbows straight.

  —  Make a fist with one hand and wrap the other hand around it so your thumbs are side by side.

—  Practice against the wall by hitting the ball against the wall then catching it with your "platform"(the nest betwen your forearms).

 Wall Two: Overhead Pass- Use balloons

  —  Arms straight overhead with your fingers and thumbs making the shape of a triangle.

—  Toss, Set, Catch - Toss the balloon in the air tap it higher with your finger pads, then try to catch and balance the balloon in your triangle.

 

 Wall Three: Underhand Serve - Volleyball trainers

  —  Hold the ball in your non-serving hand

  —  Bring your serving arm back

  —  Strike the ball with the heal of your hand, towards the wall

—  Try to catch the rebound.

 Wall Four: Straddleball - Use volleyball
