Course description
This is the capstone course for the Graphic Design Academy program. It will emphasize graphic design principles, techniques and software. Successful completion of Graphic Design 1, GD2 Advertising, GD2 Photoshop and consent of the instructor are prerequisites for the course. Students need to have a solid working knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop CS5.
Students will work on real projects for real clients. Students may also complete their LEAP graduation requirements as well as earn graduation honors with successful completion of this course.
College Now - This course is articulated with ART216 Digital Design Tools (4 units)and GD110 Intro to Graphic Design (1 unit) at Lane Community College.

Leave your mark |
I want you to leave your mark on my wall forever! Design a horizontal space (15.75" x 7.5" @ 200ppi) any way that you'd like to. The only requirements are: Use Photoshop and/or Illustrator. Save as PDF when finished. Turn in to GoogleDrive. Have fun! |
