Reading daily to your child is one of the greatest gifts you could give our society.  Our school library, classroom library, local library and home library are all excellent resources.  Our school library has over 20,000 titles available for your child’s access.  Our classroom library is filled with my favorites available for daily check out.

When you have some time please drop into our school library and meet Miss Sandi, our wonderful librarian volunteer who loves children and loves to see kids reading. What a winning combination.  We have so many library volunteers to be thankful for.

“You may have riches and wealth untold, With baskets of jewels and caskets of gold. But richer

than I you will never be, for I had a mother who read to me.”  Mothers, fathers, grandparents,

siblings, are all people we would love to read with.

In February of each year the new Caldicott and Newberry winners are announced.  Check out

“A library is not a luxury, but one of the necessities of life!”  by Henry Beecher

“Take twenty to read to your bunny!”

Reading as a family is precious.

Reading chapter books is so important.

Reading because you chose to is priceless.
