Scrambled Eggs & Dead Bugs

Teacher gives direction, then starts the music,when the music stops, students do a dead bug (On back -hands and feet wiggling in the air)

• Slide Step: click heels in the middle

• Galloping
• Penquin Walk

• Arms stiff at sides
• Feet turned out
• Knees stiff and unbending
• Legs squeezed together
• Take baby waddle steps with body weight on heels

• Kangaroo: Jump with hands held in front
• Bear Walk: Walk with feet and hands simultaneously
• Champanzee Hip-Hop: Bend over with knuckles on the floor - move foot with same side hand together
• Ostrich Walk: Hold ankles and walk with head up
• Frog Jump: Squat position - explode up
