Race Track Fitness
- Equipment: 30/5 segemented cd, cones, and activity signs
- Half of the students will be working on the inside of the circle doing the first activity on the card.
- While the other half of the students are running/walking around the
cones in race track fashion.
- When the music stops they trade jobs.
- Continue in this way until each group has performed all of the activities on the signs.
