 Race Track Fitness
  • Equipment: 30/5 segemented cd, cones, and activity signs
  • Half of the students will be working on the inside of the circle doing the first activity on the card.
  • While the other half of the students are running/walking around the
    cones in race track fashion.
  • When the music stops they trade jobs.
  • Continue in this way until each group has performed all of the activities on the signs.
