Foam Noodles
Warmup:
- Hold
noodle with both hands above head:
- Stretch down
and touch the floor
- Stretch behind
your back
- Stretch side
to side
- Put on floor
and jump back and forth over it.
- Set it next to
you and jump over it side to side.
- Balance on your
hand and try walking.
Stand your
noodle on one end, let go:
- Clap your hands one time and catch,
- Clap twice and catch.
- Turn around once and catch.
- Slide step to the left, right and
catch.
- Lift noodle, bounce on floor and
catch.
