Super You Tag
Setup and Equipment:
-
(4-5) Turtle Balance Trainers spread around the gym

Stability Pads may also be used
-
Four/Five Yarn balls to be used as taggers
Rules:
-
Chose four to five students to be "its"
-
When someone is tagged they will move to a Turtle and lay out with abdominal muscles balanced on the center of the turtle.
-
The balance and stretch should be counted out for ten seconds (Superman style!).
-
After this task is completed - their power is replenished and they may return to the game.
-
After about two minutes, pick new "its".
