Holes

Setup and Equipment:

• Four Green jerseys for lizards
• Four yellow jerseys for Heroes
• Boundaries are the black lines

Music: Dig It (from the Book/Movie: Holes)

Rules:

• Four Lizards (green jerseys): are "it"and able to tag people
• When a player is tagged (poisoned) they should sit in a "v sit" position.
• The Heroes (yellow jerseys) may save tagged players by touching their shoes.
• The heroes may also be tagged (poisoned) by the lizards
• However, the heroes are safe from the lizards whenever they are outside of the black lines.
• After two to three minutes change "lizards" and "heroes"
• Make two lines after each game so all students are able sit on the black line and be chosen as new "lizards" and/or "heroes".
• After having a turn as both characters students should sit at the "old it" line which is on the black line at the opposite end of the gym.
