Setup and Equipment

Four Relay Teams: Each team has one beanbag to carry and hand - off

    Shuttle Relay:

This will be a timed event of two minutes.

On Signal - Red wall students begin moving to the opposing wall.

• Skipping
• Slide - stepping
• Running

• Hand beanbag off to your "same" numbered partner on opposing wall
• Continue for two minutes, then count up your team's laps.

Leap Frog Football Passing:

• This will be a timed event of two minutes.
• One person starts in the midddle to recieve a pass
• On Signal - Red wall students throw a football to the student in the center, then leapfrog past them to recieve a pass.
• After catching a pass - one person on the opposing wall goes to the center to recieve a pass.
• A handoff is made to the next "passer" who throws the ball to the person in the center.
• After completing that pass, they leapfrog past the center person to recieve a pass, then handoff to the "passer" on the opposing wall.
• If a drop is made, the pass must be attempted again until completion.
