Greetings Parents!

  • The Wax Museum is this Thursday, May 29! Students will be practicing their hero speeches in class. Kids should also be practicing their speeches at home. Students will also need to finalize their costumes early this week. Please contact us by Wednesday if you need any last minute costume needs. There are resources for the hero speeches on our class website. Kids arrive to the gym, in costume by 6:15, and the museum will end at 7:30. Hope to see you there!

 

  • Building Rockets! We have started the process for building our rockets. This week we will be putting together our rockets on Tuesday and Thursday. Thurday the 29th we will need a volunteer or two to help us hot glue our rockets from 12:30-1:45. Please let us know if you are able to help out on this day. We also need 6 volunteers for Wednesday, June 4th from 10:30 to 12:00 to help kids spray paint their rockets. Please let me or Trista Neuman know if you can help on this day. We also need 1 volunteer to help on our launch day, Friday, June 6th. Please let me or Trista know if you can help.

 

  • Gilham Triathalon Wednesday, June 4th! We will be cheering on a few of our classmates as they compete in the Gilham triathalon. We will cheer them on around 8:45 that morning. Feel free to join in the fun!
