This is Coach McClintic is in her fifth year as the head coach of the Sheldon Irish Dance Team, the Colleens. Coach McClintick has been dancing for over 13 years. She was on the dance team at Sisters High School for two years before moving to Springfield where she became a member of the Springfield Varsity Cheer program. After high school she attended the University of Oregon and became a dancer on the cheerleading team for the Ducks. In addition, she worked for a cheer and dance company for three summers while in college and choreographed for a few high school teams in Oregon. Coach McClintick teaches 8th Grade Language Arts at Cal Young Middle School. She also instructs at her dance studio, The Next Step, in Springfield, Oregon, and she is happily married to her husband, Ryan.

   Coach Frey is in her third year at the University of Oregon. She is a member of the University of Oregon Dance team who won a national championship during 2005-06. Coach Frey was a member of the Colleens during her attendance at Sheldon High School and has proven to be an outstanding role model and coach of the Colleens.
