Welcome students! I hope that this webpage will be a starting place to help us both to be more organized and informed about the classes I teach. This will be my 7th or 8th year here at Winston Churchill High School. I am losing track of the years! I have been a Resource Teacher for even longer than I have taught at Churchill. Before that I was an Adventure Educator and Outdoor Program Consultant and still farther back I taught in a middle school in my home state of Texas. These days I live on McGowan Creek in the Mohawk Valley. My hobbies are photography, rafting, backpacking and outdoor activities in general.   A few photos of some memorable times that I have enjoyed.   I am in my raft "running" Lava Falls rapid on the Colorado River.   In the summer I enjoy hiking. This is my dog, Ebony, and me atop Black Crater in the Three Sister's Wilderness.
